What is someone Transferred money to Swift Code of Different Branch of other State?

One of my client transferred the money from overseas also known as International Transaction, all bank details are correct but he entered the SWIFT Code of the Mumbai Branch and Mine is in Delhi. will i receive the money or not? what should i do? My Bank is Bank of Baroda.
