Taxes with respect to Stripe

If anyone here has used Stripe to accept international payments, can one tell the following:

A person in EU, another in USA, one in India buys a service and a person in India gets payment through stripe. Does the Indian person have to file taxes for all these countries (direct or indirect) or will Stripe take care for non-Indian taxes? If yes is there any exception including JCT?
