Pro Forma vs. Pro Forma as Adjusted vs actual in the balance sheet in S1 report by an IPO company

Personal Finance & Money Asked on February 6, 2021

In the S1 form, I found three columns in the balance sheet: "Pro Forma" vs. "Pro Forma as Adjusted" vs "actual".

Which column is more important?

In my understanding, the "actual" column is pre-IPO data and "Pro Forma" is post-IPO data.
So, "Pro Forma" is more important, right?

Also, what is "Pro Forma as Adjusted" column?
