In the S1 form, I found three columns in the balance sheet: "Pro Forma" vs. "Pro Forma as Adjusted" vs "actual".
Which column is more important?
In my understanding, the "actual" column is pre-IPO data and "Pro Forma" is post-IPO data.
So, "Pro Forma" is more important, right?
Also, what is "Pro Forma as Adjusted" column?
