Is decline of volume is a signal of divergence?

I’m taking a look a BTCUSDT daily chart, currently it has a bearish divergence on its chart and RSI.
But I have one more thing I noticed on the chart, that the volume is on decline over the time. Is this relevant to divergence? Or, can we call it a divergence when price is upwards and volume is downwards?
