Fiduciary Fees State Allocation

One of my clients is an estate executor that lives in Wisconsin. The estate and all of the estate income is based in Illinois. My question is: should I allocate the fiduciary fees to Wisconsin or Illinois? Or split? I’m having trouble finding this in checkpoint or Illinois’ DOR website.
