Buying SWPPX from outside the US

I’m a non-US citizen currently residing in the US. I have a Charles Schwab brokerage account where I buy SWPPX on a regular schedule.

In the event that I decide to leave the US and head back to my country of citizenship, I guessing that I can convert my Schwab account to a "Schwab One International Account".

Can I buy SWPPX with an international account as well?
