This song is "El Arado," originally by Victor Jara. There seem to be quite a lot of cover versions.
Your version has a very interesting alternate arrangement, with a percussion section that sounds like a boat being paddled through water. It's by the Chilean folk/electronic artist Rodrigo Gallardo. As far as I can tell, it is not (currently) available commercially.
EDIT: It's now available from his Bandcamp Page
Aprieto firme mi mano
Y hundo el arado en la tierra
Haré años que llevo en ella
¿Cómo no estar agotado?
Vuelan mariposas, cantan grillos
La piel se me pone negra
Y el sol brilla, brilla, brilla
El sudor me haré surcos
Yo hago surcos a la tierra
Sin parar
Afirmo bien la esperanza
Cuando pienso en la otra estrella
Nunca es tarde me dice ella
La paloma volará
Y en la tarde cuando vuelvo
En el cielo apareciendo
Una estrella
Nunca es tarde, me dice ella,
La paloma volará, volará, volará
Como el yugo de apretado
Tengo el puño esperanzado
Porque todo cambiará
Google translates this as
I squeeze my hand firm
And I sink the plow in the ground
I've been in it for years
How not to be exhausted?
Butterflies fly, crickets sing
My skin turns black
And the sun shines, shines, shines
I will sweat furrows
I make grooves to the ground
Non-stop
I affirm hope well
When I think of the other star
It's never too late she tells me
The dove will fly
And in the afternoon when I return
In the sky appearing
A star
It's never too late, she tells me,
The dove will fly, fly, fly
Like the tight yoke
I have a hopeful fist
Because everything will change
