Yamaha Xmax scooter dead electrics

I had a problem starting my Xmax 125 Sport after some very wet weather and drained the battery. After disconnecting the battery and recharging, I went to reconnect the battery, not realizing that the ignition was on. As I am reconnecting battery leads, I get a spark from the battery/lead and now I have no power to the bike at all. No lights, NOTHING.

I figured I had shorted something and blown a fuse but I have checked them all, including the main 30 amp fuse and they all seem fine. What have I done? It was fine before. Any help much appreciated. Attached is a picture of all fuses I have checked.
