Loss of initial pickup in standard 350

After riding 12000 km with my standard 350, I lost initial pickup up to 3rd gear, I felt like the bike is struggling to reach 30 kmph. Above 40 it is ok and no starting problem, but starts slowly after a kick. I replaced the air filter, clutch cable, and engine oil to solve the problem, but it does make any change.
