Heating issue on my 2015 Nissan Altima

2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 will get to running temp at idle but engine will get cold when driving at 45mph.

The work done so far is that both thermostats have been replaced, the head gasket has been replaced, the radiator has been flushed and the temp sensor has been replaced.
