Clear OBD-II codes automatically? Either with sollid-state device or smartphone app/widget

Been using an ELM327 adapter with various apps to clear OBD-II trouble codes. While this works, wondered if there is an app or device which can do the following without intervention:

• Clear all obd-ii codes when accessory power is detected.
  (this would be a solid state device, not a phone app)

• Phone app which has a widget to clear codes. This would bypass manually opening the app, reading codes, clearing codes. Looking for a one-click way to clear them, assuming the odb-ii adapter has been previously configured for use within the app.
