Car won’t start

I have a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, I try to turn it on and I will hear a clicking noise, the horn will go off as well as the windshield wipers. My steering wheel gets stif as well as the brakes. The radio also won’t turn on but my dash lights will, it’s like a screen radio system in my car. Any suggestions on what to do?
