Car almost stalls or stalls after start!

I have a peugeot 308 1.6 vti(120 HP) 2008.
When cold starting the engine in the morning (in the summer, so it’s not cold outside) it either stalls immediately, or just revs up, but hard. So it goes up to 1100 then the car give it a big rev, goes up to 1400, falls down, again a good rev until like 2 minutes, then it goes back to normal.
Has anyone had this or similar problem? I already cleaned the throttle body, it get 100 gasoline.
