B8 Audi S4 clear coat issue (Toronto Ontario)

I take extreme care of my car. Mequires wax ect ect. I have suddenly noticed tiny little marks on all horizontal surfaces. Any idea what I am dealing with? There are very small pieces from trees falling everywhere at this time of year, could it be sap stains? Pics enclosed.
