2019 Mitsubishi Xpander makes high pitched sound when driving slow or standing

it doesn’t happen all the time,
but often the car would make a high pitched noise:

it only happens when I stand (in the video I’m parking, but it happens on stop lights as well),
or drive slowly

any idea what could be the cause?
or how to look for the source of the sound?
