2012 Cruze a/c not working

I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze and all of a sudden I get in the car and there is no A/C. The fan is blowing just warm/hot air, the A/C pressure seems to be ok , and compressor seem to be running fine but radiator fan was not coming on – not running at all , fan will start running when temperature go up to 220
