2007 Volvo XC90 Projector headlight problem

I bought a set of Projector headlights for my 2007 XC90 (they came complete with the wiring harness) when I installed them this passed Saturday they don’t work, no low beam or high beam, I have no way of testing the low beam projector but I was able to test the high beam and the bulb is good. the wiring harness on the Volvo seams to have all the wiring, the turn signal and parking lights do work, anyone know what the problem might be.
