1989 Chevrolet k1500 4l60 transmission new rebuild won't shift from first gear

i just rebuilt my 4L60 transmission to specs and it goes into reverse and shifts into first and thats it wont change gears Manuely or automatically new gears clutches band seals gaskets ect master rebuild kit installed its has the 4 pin electrical wiring harness thanks
