125cc miss-fire new wiring loom

I’ve wired up a road legal pit bike, but it’s miss firing I kick it up it high revs then drops and then revs up again it seem it’s only doing 2 strokes as it should do 4 (so it’s lighting and sparking on 1 then miss then fire then miss) I’ve wanted the old wire loom it’s not for sale anymore because it’s out of date(company words) so I bought their newest one, but my components didn’t fit the plugs, so I looked at the old loom and the new, cut the plugs off the new loom and solderD what was connected As appears on the old loom few extra wires that are not used like new dash features, speedo, ect, my kill switch is not wired up,
