02 Jeep won't start

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee just changed out the immobilizer and the ECM they were both programmed to the Jeep there is a key icon lit up on the instrument panel that’s what started this whole process but yet the Jeep won’t start wondering if anyone has any clues?
