Run Batch Job on more than One node of HPC

In continuation of the previous Ques;

I am able to run successfully my batch job on one node of HPC through-

pqsub -n 40 -t 1 -q atulya run.sh #atulya is HPC and at each node of atulya, there are 40 cores, so I am requesting for one node for 1 hour.

and If I replace (40) in above command for 2 nodes, that is 80 cores,

then same job takes the same time as taken by one node, that means job is not getting distributed one second node.

Could you Please tell me what are the things/Changes required for running batch jobs on more than one node ?
