Mathematica 12.1 Crashes when making large partitions of an image

I need to partition an image of dimension 1000 x 1000 for 200 x 200 parts. In order to do so I am using ImagePartition function but when I try to display the output mathematica 12.1 crashes without saying anything. I have an 8GB RAM machine. How can I resolve this issue or is there any way to export my output to another file format in expanded form. I tried Export but it does the same while doing this even when exporting to a pdf format.
