mathemathica 12.1 Cuda is ok but opencllink returns false

I have mathemathica 12.1 installed CUDA toolkit version 10.2 the graphic card is nvidia geforce gt 1030 and my processor is AMD Atlhon II 240 x2. CUDAQ[] returns true and everything works but when i load opencclink OpenCLQ[] returns false.I have tried several configurations installing different versions of cuda toolkit even the latest 11.2. I reinstalled the paclet several times from the server and manually but nothing changed. Has everyone any suggestions?
