Porto theme - Uncaught TypeError: e(...).stellar is not a function in magento 2

we have installed porto theme, after that the console throws following issues
I have followed this link https://www.magemonkeys.com/smartwave-porto-theme-show-an-error-like-this-in-browser-console-and-my-page-not-load-properly/ , but no luck
