Use split for washing machine and tank water heater

I am planning to install an electrical water heater of 200L somewhere I already have a washing machine installed.

Therefore I am planning to put a simple Y-split (a very simple connector that transforms one outlet into 2) on the outlet of the cold water.

Is that a reasonable thing to do, or will I lose too much pressure in doing so?

EDIT : to add more details about the machines, the washing machine has 1/2’’ input and the water heater has 3/4’’ input.
