Three way switch wiring problems (1 light, 2 switches)

I am installing a ceiling light that runs off of 2 switches. The ceiling box has 2 white and 2 black wires. Three are neutral and only the one black is hot.

I have tried every combination of the wires, Black to black, white to white and black with 2 whites etc.

At one point, the fixture lit up but would not turn off. I have a copper wire from the fixture grounded to the ceiling box. Please help.
