Home Improvement Asked by C0D3LIC1OU5 on July 27, 2021
I am having a basement concrete slab poured in. In the future bathroom, I am planning to put a steam shower (something standard from a Home Depot or such that fits into a standard bathtub space.)
I have not purchased a steam shower yet but need to figure out where and what plumbing for it might look like as it’ll need to be done before concrete is poured.
Any ideas what plumbing setup I can do to give me the widest range to options of steam shower units when it comes the time to buy one?
For example, where does the drain typically need to do for these steam showers? I assume it’s in the floor, but where exactly and how much does it matter?
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks!
