In Victoria Australia planning documents what do these number mean

I see a lot of four digit number on planning documents that appear to have something to do with the land survey. They seem to be some kind of coordinates with the first two digits that increase in a westerly direction and the two after the decimal point increasing in a southerly direction.

Is there any way to find out what these mean and how they are calculated?
