I have a problem with the pilot light on my furnace going out after the furnace has cycled and reached the temp set on thermostat.
The problem started a couple of years ago but would only go out maybe once a month. Now it consistently goes out every time the furnace shuts off. I’ve changed the thermocouple and made sure that the thermocouple was in the proper position.
Is it worth adjusting the gas flow to the pilot light?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Temperature outside, in Arkansas, is currently 14 degrees and space heaters aren’t keeping up.
