WFS request (INTERSECTS POINT) to Geoserver returns 2 features - 1 correct polygon and 1 near polygon

I am using a Geoserver with SHP layers, that works fine in my project.I am trying to migrate layers to MySQL db, works fine for WMS requests. But when I try to send a point coordinates to find if it is inside any polygon, I am getting 2 features as a response – one is correct (rda LO-28) and one is quite near but not includes the point in fact (rda LO-23).
Maybe "INTERSECTS" is not a proper CQL FILTER for a point? But it works for shape layer…
