The Java API bindings are missing Band.GetActualBlockSize: https://gdal.org/java/org/gdal/gdal/Band.html

I have several questions:

• Is it possible to reproduce the code for https://gdal.org/api/gdalrasterband_cpp.html#_CPPv4N14GDALRasterBand9ReadBlockEiiPv

• Whether Band.GetActualBlockSize was omitted deliberately and there is another way to iterate over blocks using Java API?
