Sentinel-2 remove images from image set with B10 above a value (remove cirrus)?

Geographic Information Systems Asked by HPWhite on December 22, 2020

I’ve noted in Sentinel-2, some of my images in a collection appear hazy (and have B10 values > 50) yet the cloud coverage assessment shows no cloud/cirrus.
I understand I can see the cloud_coverage_assessment for the whole image, what what about for a specific geometry (ROI)? What if we wanted to limit the images in an imageset to cloud free conditions in the ROI only (could be completely cloudy outside the ROI, I just want cloud free within the ROI)?

(If one clips an imageset, i.e.
var images = imageset.map(function(image) {
return image.clip(ROI)
})

and wanted to remove images from the imageset that had suspected cloud cover (B10 values above some threshold) within the ROI, how to go about this?
