Seeking equivalent of ENVI's Change Detection Statistics in Google Earth Engine

I am looking to see LULC between two TIFF in ArcGIS Pro. In the class that I am teaching the students have access to pro 2.5, but this feature is only available in 2.6. I want to give them some exposure to Google Earth Engine.

I have 4 classes in each image that are equivalent between the two. I want to do a pairwise comparison to see percent change between each class pairing. This is easy in ENVI using the Change Detection Statistics tool, which the lab is based on.

If there is a way to achieve this in Google Earth Engine, what would the workflow be?
