Repeatable analysis for new maps on ArcGIS Online

I need to find a way to have a repeatable analysis in ArcGIS Online that can be applied to multiple layers uploaded separately.

Each time there is a new run on our software, the client will have the option to send the results to ArcGIS Online. These will appear as two layers within the same file and will always have the same attribute columns. The user will always want to see the same visualization of these results but it takes some time to set up- how can we just re-apply the same analysis between files?
