Remove all the labels from my OpenMapTiles Server

I have setup my own OpenMapTiles Server. I have downloaded the whole Asia region. I’m using Leaflet to fetch the tiles.

I want to remove all labels from the map. I can make changes on the server or my JavaScript code but I don’t know where to start.
