QGIS driving instructions predetermined route

I have a single line layer (a predetermined route), extracted vertices with distance, angle and added streetnames.

I now want to add instructions (automated), like a regular sat nav would do.
For starters with the simple ‘turn right’, ‘turn left’ .

My goal is to export the file to PostgreSQL, and use a mobile device to drive the route. (using OpenLayers)

Any ideas and/or experience?
