Polygon layer in shapefile not showing which may be projection issue

It’s been a long time since I used GIS software!

I would like to have the symbolised polygons of all Soil Orders on the global map from FAO based on the attribute column "SNAME"

I add the shapefile wsrII to QGIS and I can see the lines and dots, but the polygon features (presumably wsrII_PAL) are not showing up! I assume its a projection issue but I can’t work it out.

How do I do this?
