OSRM Nearest health facility to a village

I work in a health research project in rural West Africa. I want to measure distance by road from a village to closest health facility. I use Stata 16. Per now I only have distance "as the crow flies" using geonear. I have 258 villages.

I’ve downloaded a map from geofabric downloads (Guinea-Bissau) and followed instructions from https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/1536867X1601600209 and https://sites.google.com/view/stephanhuber.

I am also able to select which health facility a village should link to. And I have latitude and longitude (DD) for all locations.

• Is OSRM a good solution for my problem?
• I also have trouble running it, and receives the code no route found, even though the map seems to be detailed enough.
