Manually defining classes for symbology so there is no overlap using ArcGIS Online

I am trying to symbolize a layer and create a legend for a map showing condition data presented as a numeric value from 0 – 100. However, I cannot seem to define the classes so that there is no overlap unlike what can be seen in the image below with 86 appearing in two classes according to the legend (as well as 70,55,50,25,and 10).

Will a value of 86 be symbolized as a dark green or a light green?

Is there any way I can define symbology classes so there is zero overlap?
