Is there any way to return raster tiles from a bounding box with Django raster?

I’ve fully installed Django raster and have uploaded a GeoTIFF through the admin page. I’d like to allow the user to query the raster’s tiles (stored in psql/PostGIS database) with bounding box values. Essentially I’d like only those tiles that intersect the bbox to be returned. So far I’ve only been able to figure out how to query with the tile index numbers, not coordinates.
