Is an MPK file with Symbology from a TrueType Font supported on different machines?

I have exported an ArcMap 10.7.1. MXD map document to mpk for use on another server. The Font has been installed on the other System and can be viewed. However, the map symbols are not displayed correctly.

Do I need to restart the system on the other server for the layer to be rendered correctly or is another problem at play?
