How to use the JS GEE API to allow users to download vector data from the user interface when pushing a button?

I have created a GEE app where users can generate training data for a simple classification. I would like for them to be able to export their training data so that it can be reused. I have already tried to create a button that would use Export.table.toDrive. This approach works when I can enter my tasks tab and click run. However, this does not work in the UI.
