How to make a match the GPS location to a model?

So I have a map like this where I need to match the GPS position of a device to a specific position in a model:
This is roughly the model of the place where I want to use the GPS, is there some way I can achieve what I want?
BTW this is the place where I want to use the GPS of the device
I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but if not, please point me to it.
