Geographic Information Systems Asked on December 21, 2020
I have temperature data which is in NetCDF format and lat=1801 lon=3600 and I want to convert it to a NetCDF file with lat=360 and lon=720. In other words, I want to change the resolution of my data whose resolution is 0.1 degrees, and convert it to 0.5 degrees. (By lon and lat, I mean longitude and latitude.)
When I change the resolution the output netCDF data starts at a point which has latitude= -89.7 and longitude= 0.2 but I want an output data whose start point has latitude= -89.75 and longitude= -179.75. How can I change the resolution in GDAL in a way that the output data starts at a specific point?
