High resolution LST band source

I’ve already used Sentinel-2 images with the resolution of 10m/pxl for urban heat island analysis. Now I need higher resolution image (1 to 5m per pixel) for Ekaterinburg in Russia. Searching in the web I found some commercial sources like KOMPSAT 2 or sentinel-hub, but can’t understand wich source has LST band that I need for analysis? Need help.
