Greek characters are not displayed correctly on attribute table and db manager

I have a shapefile with some churches in Greece and the characters are not displayed correctly on QGIS, although they do displayed correctly on ArcGIS. Also the other shapefiles I have with Greek characters are displayed correctly. I tried to add the shapefile multiple times on ISO-8857-9, Greek, UTF-8 and Windows-1253, but with no result.

Any other way to change that?
