Geocode input glitch ArcGIS Pro

I am teaching an Intro to GIS course, using ArcGIS Pro. The assignment is to create 1 Zip Locator and 1 Address Locator, then geocode an address table (GroceryStores) using those locators. Creating the locators seems to be no problem. The trouble comes when the students want to geocode the table. The "input box" where the table name should go is completely unresponsive. It seems like a total glitch. Image below for clarity:

What we’ve tried. Exiting/reopening ArcGIS. Re-downloading the data and trying again. Accessing the "geocode tool" from different locations (i.e. analysis tab). I had them send me the map package so I could test it. The glitch does NOT occur for me. I sent it to 2 colleagues, there is no glitch for them. I sent the students copies of the tables in XLS, CSV, and DBF in case the issue was the table. It did not help. I’m stumped! This is beyond my imagination. Thoughts?
