Extracting Values from Multidimensional Raster

I am currently doing my dissertation on hurricanes and their relationship with Sea Surface Temperature. I am using a NetCDF file with dimensions: latitude, longitude, and time

I need to extract a value of SST for each point along the hurricane track (therefore matching latitude, longitude and time). This will be for 638 hurricanes, approx. 15-20 points in each, for 40 years.

How can I do this?

I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.6.0
