Error while install Geopandas & Rasterio package under Anaconda distribution

I have installed Anaconda distribution with space between user account (Parul Jain) Anaconda navigator launched and created a new channel (conda- forge) and installed Geopandas, Geopy, Rasterio and Matplotlib.

1. Launch the Jupyter lab shown this. Error executing Jupyter command 'lab': [WinError 5] Access is denied

2. Jupyter notebook launched and try to import highlighted packages but shows error. pip installed Geopy & Matplotlib successful.

Geopandas & Rasterio has below error message:
